Visitors (from abroad only) must book by e-mail or by “Tee time e-mail request form to KHG&CC Secretary”.
Confirmation of all bookings will be by e-mail.
Before commencing their round, Visitors must register with and pay their fees to the Starter in the Starter’s hut which is located at the 1st tee.
Visitors are requested to immediately inform the Starter if they are unavoidably delayed or have to cancel.

26th October to 30th March: 09:00 to 17:00
31st March to 25th October: 08:00 to 19:00
Dress code
1. Golf clothing must be smart in appearance. Tailored shorts are permitted when worn with sport socks or knee length socks. Shirts must have collars and be tucked in at the waist. No denim clothing or trainers are permitted. Soft spiked golf shoes are permitted in the Club House.
2. Jacket and tie is required when dining in the restaurant.
Reservation
Visitors are, in principle, welcome to play from Monday to Friday excluding Friday afternoon. The KHG&CC reserves opportunities to play on the basis of definitive tee times. The Club requires that Visitors verify that they are members of a bona fide golf club and that they have an official playing handicap of 24 or less. Special dispensation is needed for four ball matches. The maximum combined playing handicap permitted for all flights is 72.
